Jim is the Broker and Asset Manager for Kimball Associates, Inc. He is a graduate of U.C. Berkeley with over 25 years experience in most of the primary aspects of commercial and residential real estate. He has earned the designations "Certified Commercial Investment Member" (CCIM) and "Certified Residential Specialist" (CRS), which are the highest certifications in the fields of commercial and residential real estate, respectively, offered by the National Association of Realtors.
In addition to sales, Jim has extensive experience in asset management and property rehabilitation.
