Jim Kimball, Principle
Jim is the Broker and Asset Manager for Kimball Associates, Inc.
Jim now enjoys living on the Mendocino Coast and helping local property owners with their real estate needs.
He works with both Buyers and Sellers of Fort Bragg area homes and properties, as well as assists Commercial Tenants and Landlords in structuring office, retail and industrial leases.
He holds a degree in Environmental Biology from U.C. Berkeley and has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and the Certified Residential Specialist Designation (CRS), considered to be the two highest certifications in the fields of commercial investment real estate and residential real estate by the National Association of Realtors.
Jim has logged more than 40 years of experience in most aspects of commercial and residential real estate. That includes brokerage, property rehabilitation, leasing, asset management, court testimony as an expert whitness, Court-appointed Receiver and estate planning.
