Kimball Associates, Inc. is a diverse and experienced real estate firm. Jim is a graduate of U.C. Berkeley with over 25 years experience in most of the primary aspects of commercial and residential real estate. He has earned the designations Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), which are the highest certifications in the fields of commercial and residential real estate, respectively, offered by the National Association of Realtors.
In addition to sales, Jim has extensive experience in commercial and residential property management, asset management, property rehabilitation, office and retail leasing, medical office leasing and sales, and REO/short sale transactions.

Donna has 14 years of experience in sales and management services as well as a professional and educational background in design and art.
Donna manages daily operations and is in charge of special services for clients. She is a licensed real estate agent.

Lori is a native Californian who grew up in the Bay Area and graduated from U.C. Berkeley. She is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and Notary.
She started her real estate career with a 14 year stint at the corporate offices of Century 21 of the West, Inc., and then spent the next 11 years with the management team of Warmington Homes California, where she served as the Executive Assistant to the President. She headed up the human resource department and shaped the management responsibilities for over 93 inside and in-the-field employees.
Lori Bennardo facilitates office operations and acts as Jim Kimball's executive assistant.
